So i soldered the pins, flashed the Pi SD card with RTKbase 2.4.1. Tried to detect from the webpage gui but no antenna connected. Then I tried through terminal to run the command you gave, but I get an error? Not sure why?
how do you access this screen to enable uart and disable bluetooth on Pi4?

Huge Thanks Renato and Wildbuckwheat! Once I disabled the bluetooth on the Pi4 it started talking to the F9P lite board (also soldered the pins same as Renato). For anyone else here is a helpful video on how to do configure the serial ports on Pi4:
