According to your sketch in serial monitor you have the right P selected for gps
Are you using the canbus sketch for the canbus board?
You should be using the canbus sketch for the aio board
Ill be real honest I do not have a clue what sketch I am using.Git Hub is a maze to me. The board I ordered and completed is a V4.5 from in the pictures
i attached the sketch that I put on the teensy
That sketch is for the canbus board.
Fimd the firmware folders, select csnbus then use the AIO canbus firmware. This will more than likely solve all your issues 
you were right when you thought the sketch wasnt right on the teensy. I found this late last night
I was able to flash the teensy with the correct code and it started working. 2-3 led lights came on the front of the board and I was able to run the phidets with input from the WAS. This took me many many hours to figure out. I cant get my printer to talk to my laptop so this is a stretch
