WAS on Fendt S4

The wheel angle sensor on a Fendt 512 S4 that’s used for the auto functions of 4WD and diff lock, can this one be used for the WAS on AOG? The tractor is not gps ready (profi). And if so, CAN seems to be the way to connect to it, right?

I think its just a normal 5v sensor. Mid pin is signal. and if you just make Y-connector and take mid pin to AOG .
