Hydraulic schematic @baraki
Any help will be appreciated
we have talked about putting a non return valve with 3 bar resistance on the T - do you think this could help? then it would work something similar to a balance valve
Hey.
Has anyone experienced it where with the hyd valve installed that when steering is disengaged that you take hold of wheel to steer manually that the lock valves keep you from turning the steering wheel only if you try to turn abruptly . if you start steering real slow then speed up it works if you take hold of wheel and quickly try to make a turn it holds the wheel from turning at all. seams like the lock valves are interfering slighlty , you can steer most times if you start in gently. it does not make a difference whether the lock valves are unplugged either. it sticks just enough to make it anoying. often it is much worse when oil is cold. Any ideas?
maybe it is a bad 6/2 valve. i have had one customer with this issue. we changed the 6/2 valve to an new one. @C.B
As you say the 6/2 valve is that the lock valve cartridge or the left and right lock valve cartridge?
Did you change the entire baraki valve assembley? @Steerguide
On which model of tractor was the valve installed?
@C.B yes but as i remeber. @baraki use 3/2 valve to lock The steering.
If The tractor have ls it could Also be The problem with The LS Line
A 1997 walker self propelled sprayer
If it is an Ls valve, it is possible that it is a Ls static system and it is necessary to add a check valve between LsO and LsT.
Alternatively, I can send a universal block that will work well with dynamic and static Ls.
just to clarify though before i add check valve, end of jan you had said the latest valves will be compatible with any time of LS without a checkvalve. this valve was shipped in March or so of this year 2023. Shall we still add a check valve?
It was not a universal valve. At that time I had a problem with the availability of a small check valve, I only got a few pieces to test.
Thanks for clarifying . So in that case . The LS valves for the Fendts (712 and 716) Comm 1 and 2 year 2001 and 2004 , need check valve added as well or are they LS Dynamic or Ls static?
I see you ordered valves for Fendt so I think they were sent static to fendt and will work fine without any extra valves.
We got 4 like this and they were ordered as fendt valves… and we got 1 open center valve for the clauus combine
I have a LS valve on my Fendt 300 S4.
Im still not that satisfied with the result. On straight lines it is wiggling on all settings.
The best i got so far was around 7-8 cm max drift when cultivating.
Do you have any tips for improvement?
PP is pretty basic: (tried a lot of things there)

There are flat horizontal lines on the steering angle sensor on the graph. There can be 2 reasons:
- Loose steering sensor connections, delayed sensor response, faulty sensor.
- Hydraulics react too late (too low minimum PWM)
Could you post a graph of the test steering at a standstill. With arrows?

Im using the original wheel angle sensor with a Reed Relais. It gave me alot of struggle before i had a Kaupoi. The Signal was very shaky zic zac.

How can i change that?
Sound like the type of sensor that is used only for turning on off diff lock, when turning wheels more than example 10 degrees. So buy the sensor type that can be used for autosteer.
You could measure the signal output from sensor. It should go steady from around 0.5 V to around 4.5 V turning wheels from full left to full right
it does “perfectly” in my eyes display the angle in AGO or on the multimeter.
I can post a graph of the sensor tomorrow, when turning from left to right
