Hydraulic valve assemblies for Every tractor, for every type of hydraulic system

From pictures I searched on internet I see it has ordinary orbitol plus added stuff on top of ports. From that baraki post I searched “orbitol priority valve” and found danfoss document. From picture it seems to be same thing. Does your orbitol have same thing? Danfoss doc has diagram how it works. I don’t have LS systems so I’m not very familiar with them but this may lead to some idea.

EF - excess flow?
CF - controlled flow

From my understanding
LS static - no oil flow, pressure working principle
LS dynamic - requires dynamic oil flow ~1L/min
LS high dynamic - requires dynamic oil flow several litres per minute

Some valves require pressure to shift valves, other need oil flow to keep valves in desired position.

My orbitrol looks like this. Catalog number:g312400090020

It works after swapping the LsT and LSO wires, now it is connected the other way around than in the diagram. And now I have a question, what about the pressure sensor, will it work correctly?

One way to find out is try it. It won’t engage if sensor is in LsT line

The sensor shows pressure but it does not increase when the steering wheel is turned. I am thinking of unscrewing the sensor from the block and screwing it into the appropriate place using a T connector

Hello,
I received a Baraki OC valve and it looks a bit different compared to the other pictures and diagrams (the coil layout is slightly different). I’d like to know how to wire it electrically – where should I connect plus and minus, do I need to add a diode in between, and if so, exactly where? I’m using an All-in-One Board 4.1.

Red arrows are the connectors for the directionnal valve, where you connect the PWM outputs of the AIO board (left and right, pins 5 and 6) : no diode on those connections.
Blue arrows are connectors for the 2 bypass valves, both to connect to the same ouput of the AIO board (lock, pin 7). You may put a freewheel diode, cathode on pin 7 and anode on ground.
If you confirm by testing with an ohmmeter that all the 4 coils are isolated from the main body of the valve, there is no plus or minus on them. you can wire in either way.
About hydraulic connections, is your valve an 30 l version or a 60 l version ?

Thanks, i ordered 30L so must be 30L i guess😅, how to know which one i have?

I bought a 30 l model in 2025 january and it comes with the well known schematic for hydraulic connections :
hydraulic valve OC.pdf (294,5 Ko)
Then I bought a 60 l model I received a few days ago, without any more information, BUT it’s not the same connections : T and P don’t move, but holes for hydraulic cylinder are crossed !!!

Does this picture help?

If you blow in the hole center upside, you’ll find the air going out either :

  • by the hole just beside, top left → my 30 l version
  • by the opposite hole, bottom left → my 60 l version

No : this picture is for LS valve

So sorry, I tought 60l was LS kind

If its cilinder hoses swaped, its a no problem… P and T are ok?

Baraki valves were only 30 l OC and 60 l LS.
But a new version 60 l OC appeared recently.
If you connect the 60 l OC as you connected the 30 l OC, you “just” have the driving wheel turning in the opposite side of your wheels !!

Thats okay, just swap output hoses

Does anyone have a hydraulic block baraki installed for the Fendt Farmer?

hello, i have New Holland TS100A and on orbitrol i have P and T hose bigger than R and L. On my baraki valve i have all connector for hose same size, do i need bigger one for P and T or its good small one?

Can someone help me? My Fendt Farmer has a standard gear pump, while the orbitrol has 5 lines. As far as I know, there’s some sort of priority valve on the orbitrol. Which hydraulic block does it need?

I have a self-propelled sprayer with no load-sensing system, BUT the orbitrol has 5 lines. Orbitrol is the addition of a Danfoss OSPC-LS and a priority valve OLSA.

In my case “Excess flow” goes to the valves which move the sprayer arms.
Be careful with Fendt farmer, because it seems to me that “Excess flow” is added to the main pump flow on theses tractors.

I have a similar orbitrol in my Fendt. What hydraulic block do you have?
