Did some modifications on my PCB version. Made more room for capacitors and added some connectors. Could someone take a look at it if there is any faults? And check the gerber files too, please.
PCB size is about 99mm*99mm so it slides nicely to 100mm railbox.

seems good to me , but maybe add an 3v3 output ? for BN0 or other sensor 3v
I’ve used BNO with 5V. But good idea, need to think about it.

I like the motor controller mounted like that, then remotely mounting it ( which I think is better) doesn’t create wasted PCB space.
Yes. Now there is even a lot of empty space in the 150 * 100 * 50mm enclosure. In the pictures, the first one I made with this case design.

okay, but in this excel there are in my opinion things doubled. Like the 12v relais.
