is is the connection, it even looks like it changed color with temperatur

I think you feed everything through D6 and that one is getting hot.
Depending on your AIO version, I dont think it is a good idea to feed Cytron from the 12 V ampseal input, you should connect 12 to the 24 v input to feed cytron,

Ive had a right disaster Had the system running tidy yesterday with the birds nest wiring. Wet day today so thought id tidy the wiring up and hide it behind the trim. Got it all done and went for a quick test drive. Didn’t get far and smoke coming out of the pcb😡 Any idea what has burnt and more why?
