Valve Hydraulique

Which PWM Frequency do you use with the fluid-system valve

  • 490hz (default) = 0
  • 122hz = 1
  • 3921hz = 2

I like the explanation in post 9 in this old thread.

//Dir1 for Cytron Dir, Both L and R enable for IBT2
#define DIR1_RL_ENABLE 4 //PD4

puis bien declarer en sortie
apres

pinMode(DIR1_RL_ENABLE, OUTPUT);

on retrouve l’info dans le schema

pour moi pas de modif …

Ok merci!
J avais pas vu ce schéma .
donc : IBT 2 → Dir1
Cytron → PWM2
pour activer le solenoid principal.

Hello,
I make a reply to this old subject.
I’m from France and want to install hydraulic system on Mc Cormick MTX150 (same as case CS series) equiped actually with Danfoss orbitrol. This is a closed loop load sensing system.
I’ve already a motor on steering wheel equiped tractor (SAME LASER100) which works perfectly.
I wonder what are the differences between these two add on valves
fluid system and baraki one
What are the advantages and disadvantages of each ?
(accuracy, fitting, price, etc …)
(I’ve never seen a picture of the fluid system one)
If someone could give me some informations, I’m interested
Best regards,
Francois

Hello,
To autosteer my Evrard sel-propelled sprayer, I’ve bought a Baraki valve model LS, because my orbitrol is a Danfoss OSPC315 LS and appears to be with five hydraulic connections.
But I realize at the moment of connecting it, that the OSPC orbitrol is joined with a OLSA40 priority valve.

That means it is a LS orbitrol, but with an open center tractor hydraulic system.

I don’t know what to do. It seems to me that no autosteer valve can be installed, except disconnecting OSPC from OLSA to insert hydraulic derivations between them.
Has someone encountered such a system ?
Thanks in advance

Did mount a baraki OC in a Fendt 312 2015. They have simular orbitrol, including priority valve.

OK thank you very much. I’ll think to change my steering valve to an open center version. But can’t find if 30 l/mn is enough for me, because I’ve choosen a 60 l/mn LS version.

Ask baraki or navisklep which valve you need. They are very helpfull.

Now, it works with an OC valve from Baraki.
But, I can’t use the pressure sensor to stop autosteer. The excess flow line goes to an hydraulic bloc beginning with a bypass valve, and then 8 valve to control so many hydraulic cylinders. And when a cylinder movement is going on, pressure rises at 80 % on the pressure sensor, and autosteer disengage if configured to use the pressure sensor.
Has somebody an idea to solve this issue ?

Same for the fendt 312. With heavy machine in hitch and then lower it the frontsuspencion asks that much oil that pressure rises to 80%. Installed 30l oc valve, wil change it to the new 60l oc valve and hope flow is better than and and button will work.

Thank you for the information about the new 60 l/mn oc valve. I ordered one a few days ago. I’ll tell you what happen with it.

I have one but farmer is too busy so not mounted yet. Hope it works for you, like to hear result. Succes

First problem to solve : no news of my order more than one month ago :smiling_face_with_tear:
